Dragon Age Origins developer console
To begin with, in the event that you delivered me a PM together with your e-mail, i'll send you the 2 copies we keep of the KeyBindings file. One for original plus one for console version. I'll in addition respond to every other concerns you could have.
The things I've discovered is simplest in my situation is to develop another folder inside my "C:\Users\Spy\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\Settings" folder (where the KeyBindings file is located), and name it "KeyBindings Backup". This naturally cannot interfere with the game, and I also stock that folder with two files: One known as "KeyBindings_Backup" and something known as "KeyBindings_Console". Once I'm prepared to switch to the console version to include a command (more about this below), I copy the "KeyBindings_Console" to the Settings directory, delete the original KeyBindings file, and delete the extra "_Console" part from the file we pasted in (it's not going to work if it keeps the _Console component inside it's title). That completes the switch, whilst still being simply leaves me personally because of the 2 backups within my backup folder. In this way, We continuously have both versions associated with the KeyBindings (getting tired of typing that term) file during my folder.
About the console instructions:
Available MANY instructions which do many things. However, we consider a lot of them is dangerous and/or volatile and/or only an excessive amount of a cheat (the game would not be enjoyable in Jesus mode, what is the point?). The actual only real cheats I previously use are the ones that add cash once I want to purchase some nicer equip (or perhaps the supply available from some mods), and the incorporate xp cheat if I'm struggling and need an even or two.
The incorporate cash demand is "runscript zz_money X" (without having the quotes needless to say), where X is the sum of money in copper.
The add xp command is "runscript addxp X" (once again, without quotes).
One last word-of advice because it can be a little confusing the first occasion: When you first press ~ (or whatever key you assign the console to) you'll see NO switch to your screen. You simply need to begin typing your demand. When you do start typing, an overlay regarding the alphabet/numbers/symbols (yet not YOUR COMMAND), will appear towards the top of the display screen. You cannot see just what your typing, so make certain you type it properly. Press enter when done using the demand range together with material on top for the display screen will gradually fade and you'll visit your cash or exp added at the end of display like it typically would.
Like I said during my first response, in my opinion the system is very unstable. Occasionally the video game may even freeze once We load a save, before even enabling the console. Consequently I only use it to rapidly bunch the game (and then make sure it's not frozen), include my money/exp, make a brand new salvage and exit. I EXTREMELY advise you will do similar. Next, change the file to it's standard, and operate the standard launcher. For that reason, keep both shortcuts on your own desktop computer.
